Our bands are made of natural latex, flexible, excellent resilience force and great air tightness. Their main use is for gym training, Yoga, general health and fitness as well as pull-ups with the appropriate weight needed.
All our bands are a 208cm (81 inches approximately) loop. Below we have rated some of the average uses according to the various exercises and strength levels to help with your choices.
Light Resistance Loop Band - Equivalent resistance 5 – 35lbs :
This range of bands lightweight and low tension is ideal for general core conditioning, rehabilitation, speed training, jumps, stretching, aerobics, yoga and as assistance for various weight training exercises. We consider this band good for beginners, some forms of rehab and those looking for light weight resistance.
Light – Medium Resistance Loop Band – Equivalent resistance 35 – 65lbs:
This range is probably the most versatile band used. It can be used for a whole spectrum of mid-high level resistance exercise. Widely used as general strength training bands, pilates and explosive training bands.
Medium – Resistance Loop Band – Equivalent resistance 35 – 85lbs:
This range of bands are often used to lightly assist pull-ups. This kind of range is a great middle ground for general strength training.
Medium – Heavy Resistance Loop Band – Equivalent resistance 50 – 125lbs:
This kind of range is great for workouts without weights. It’s one of the most popular bands to use with assisted pull-ups. A great addition to your gym and training accessories.
Heavy Resistance Loop Band – Equivalent resistance 65 – 175lbs:
This range of band is commonly used for assisted pull-ups. Also used for various weight training and some powerlifting movements to help increase power.
